i wrote some stats  above,  now  im  194/90kg. my  main  goal  was always strength.  good so have  first look impression  if  girl thinks youre strong, but damn , thats not so much important.  more fun  to  look thin and lift hard shit :D so that all exercises used  to be 5 reps  basic exercises (bench , shoulder press,  legs)  and  8 reps for not basic. only  for pull ups, pull ups from two horizontal bars with hands(dont remember english name  of that exercise (  at the end  could  make  3 with  60 kg added ))  need more and abs.

about additional nutrition,  i dont very understand what u mean as if something is not clear.  i have read many articles, and  as for creatine , meat contain 5 percent of  creatine, so i think its fair, also as it often reccommended  to eat creatine for vegetarians. about bcaa, all amino include  these bcaa, just in small quantities . bcaa are some  branched, as more developed aminos, so maybe its np. on the other side, i have read other articles, that such products  as NO might be not very clear,  despite  its non  steroid,  many products yet  lack information if its harmless. about bcaa also  written that its not  clearly reliable because we dont know  everything about it.  but as it is important not to lose  potention, there is written  that many products,  despite  they are not steroids, may little  bit be  harmful to potention , but as i understood , its because  all that additional  nutrition is  a pharmacy product, not natural, so  also  stomach starts to adapt to all pharmacy,  then  might  become  harder  to get all  nutrition from natural food.

but as many stupid kids, i need  some  addition to food because  not only  it has a positive  effect or not, i give more efforts ,  as  i know  i got some more resources  to build muscles. so at least this  helps to improve :D
