i just  began that week(BCAA).
i had used  creatine and  usual  amino earlier and  vitamins.  well, these non  steroid supplies dont  give a feeling of strength, stamina  or something.   but as i used  these  for separate period , for example  at school  on sports  i was for 8 months, and improved bench  by  25kg, so  naturally  its a big improvement.
about  creatine , im not sure  if  it was AFTER  i started creatine , but  biceps really became bigger, 39cm,  as now  i again find  myself  having 37.  i mean i didnt  follow  improvements regularly, but it wouldnt  be strange to improve sizes  as  creatine is  about to store more  water in muscles.

about bcaa ill see how  it will go, at school  i used to  drink once  per  1/1,5  month, now its once a week, and  it surely will have an effect  negatively. from  descriptions seemed many people  have positive opinion about  bcaa, and such thing as proteins  i never considered  to buy because mostly it buys people who want quicker  weight improving.

i should add  yet i find  all days  after training  little  painful(bcaa must fix it !), and  as in school , all trainings didnt have much impact next days :)
