Well it seems there is much controversy over the history of this game. I am a well known player in the stronghold community since before Crusader came out. I have played with makers of the game, built both cheats and the only anti-cheat in Crusader history, ran a clan and training school for 7 years, was employed by IGN and GameSpy, and once held my breath for 93 seconds. Ask me a question.

How you are going to attract people to use your  new software?  people nowadays dont know gsa, and they think Game Ranger is best program to run crusader.

We have built in anti-cheat.
We have a chat room.
We will host monthly events with real prizes. (First event is SHC2 game and t-shirt)
We are built by and ran by the community. We are dedicated to the community and will provide what is needed.
We allow only unique nicknames, unlike GameRanger.
We allow the ability to create profiles, custom avatars, ect.
We allow webspace for players to upload screenshots and maps for the community.
We will have weekly stories about the game, the history, and the community to keep players entertained.
The program will detect and announce cheaters to all players.
We will continue to improve the program in the future with new updates aimed at making the community a better place. No other option for playing is dedicated to this game and our players like we will be.

I have no intent to be famous. If you really believe fame in this game depends only on skill then you have no idea about the History of this game.

It is in early development, and it is being created by just me and one other guy. It will take some time for all features to be completed, but we hope to have a running version in the next couple months. We will be releasing a version for Alpha testers soon, and then Beta versions later. The more Alpha and Beta testers we get the faster the program will be done and the better we can do at getting all the problems worked out. Im confused. i  thought it is  a program  for  running shc.  but you edit  shc itself? so lets say you could  make this  like a  different  game? or you could make shields  be made in a fast way, not  one by one? :D

No, this is a separate program, the game is not edited. I am not sure how you came to this conclusion but let me try to clarify. The anti-cheat, is built into the staging and chat program. You must run our program to find a game and play, and you will not be able to open any cheat programs while running our program. If you DO try and open a cheat program, a message will be posted in the chat room to all players that "So and so is using the cheat program '...'"
